Do you offer any discounts if I need multiple spaces done?Yes, we offer a 15% discount on any additional space in your home. We also provide reduced rates for returning customers seeking a home refresh.

Do I have to get rid of my stuff?Of course not! However, we've noticed that the best results come when you get rid of things you haven't used in years and make space for new items. Often, we hold onto outdated software, shirts with holes, or even expired food without realizing it. Our goal is to help you see what you have so that you can decide what to keep and what to discard.

I'm so excited! Where do I begin?You can start by filling out a contact sheet. From there, we will reach out to you and get more details about your space, your goals, how it currently functions, etc. We give you an estimate of how long it should take to complete and the cost. If it's a good fit, we schedule a time that works for you, and we go from there! We also send you a shopping list with ideas for your new space. You can choose to purchase or veto. It's entirely up to you. On the day of the transformation, a team member or members will arrive at your home to deliver the results of our work. This is the exciting part where you get to see your newly organized space!

Will you need me during the session?The level of involvement required from you largely depends on the space. For instance, in the case of a pantry, your presence may not be necessary. However, if it's an attic filled with cherished memories or your beloved sports memorabilia, your input during the decluttering process may be valuable. We aim to collaboratively decide on what items to keep and what to discard. Following this, our team will take the lead in categorizing and organizing the items back into your space in a way that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What if I have to cancel?It's not a problem; we can reschedule your appointment for a later time. If you are unable to reschedule, there is a $70 fee to cover the time and effort spent on planning and shopping for your specific space. After deducting this fee, we will return the remaining 50% of your deposit to you.

How long will it take?Every space is unique, and during our in-home consultation, you share your goals while I provide the estimated time and cost of the service. Larger projects like garages and attics may take a weekend, while a linen closet or pantry may only take a couple of hours.
